Welcome to “A gift for my Sweetheart” blog hop.

Sit back and relax while you browse through 17 unique handmade gift ideas to give a loved one on Valentine’s Day. Each stop along the way has a gift they poured their heart into but that doesn’t mean the project contains the traditional Valentine heart theme.
The hop started at Christine’s blog. If you didn’t come from Mary, be sure to start at the beginning so you don’t miss out on the inspiring ideas.
For this hop we have 2 sponsors, in order to be entered in the drawing for the 2 prizes you must comment and follow each blog.

Hot Berry Designs
$10 gift certificate

Scraptastical Kreations

You have Saturday and Sunday to hop and leave a comment at all the blogs for your chance to win. The winners will be randomly chosen Monday Jan 4th and will be announced on Christine’s blog.
I had a tough time trying to figure out what to make for this hop. I made my hubby his gift a little while ago which you can find here on my blog…. <–go on….click that link! Here’s a quick picture of it but all the details are posted from that link I left =)

I decided to make my little munchkin his Valentine’s Day box for school as my project instead. He loves when I make him anything so I thought this would be great!

I used my fabulous Cameo to cut this great box out. It came as a kit from SVGcuts called “For My Valentine“. I embossed the navy blue with stars to match everything else. The stamps I used were from Jaded Blossom’s “alphabet candies” & “puppy love“.
Aiden LOVED his box (he’s 5 by the way!), I love how easy it was to make and I hope you enjoyed looking at it =)

Thank you for stopping by the next stop is Sarah.
